Homemade Salad Dressing

Homemade salad dressing is a simple way to eliminate preservatives, additives from our diet and a great way to incorporate healthy ingredients like apple cider vinegar, avocado oil, and olive oil. Also, adding fresh herbs like cilantro and parsley not only enhance the flavor of homemade salad dressing, it's also a natural anti-inflammatory superfood too! Here's a simple dressing that is easy to make and so delicious. Enjoy!

1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (or parsley)
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (or avocado oil)
2/3 cup filtered water
Juice of 1 lime
Salt, pepper, dry oregano to taste

add all ingredients into a mason jar and shake. Seal tight with a lid and keep in the fridge for up to a week. Feel free to modify to your liking - it's impossible to mess it up!
